Light a Candle
I am not a biological sister to Katie but we were family. She loved me and I loved her like sisters. My bff my beautiful friend. I have had years of life with her. Many moments of fun and memories to cherish. She was born in Hollister California on May 1st 1983. She was a gorgeous baby to Julie Ashe and Larry Lomanto. She had curly locks of brown hair with eyes to match. Being the only child she and her grandmother were very close. She enjoyed animals and spent time showing her lamb at the fairgrounds. Watching her father at the truck pulls and being raised out in the country most of her childhood. As an adult her love of cats and animals were transferred to her daughter Shelby. She was so happy to be a mom from day 1. She was a great mom. Always so proud of her daughters achievements like Horse and rabbit showing and more currently her daughters drawings. She was always bragging about her. Recently she did waitressing at Mamma Mias. She took pride in her displays and partys. Serving and making others happy. Whatever people needed she tried her best to make it happen. She loved to cook and was great at it. Eating meatloaf last night I remembered eating hers which she stuffed with cheese and broccoli. She enjoyed making lunches for her dad and catering partys, making diaper cakes, whatever was needed for friends and co-workers she was always ready to serve. Now as she lives with the Angels she smiles and laughs once again. Reunited with her grandmother and most importantly our Lord and Savior. She has been forgiven and been taking back to were she came.
